SYM Company and in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Council of Minister held the preliminary meeting for the First Iraqi Economy Development Conference on Saturday, 28th of June, 2018 which was attended by his Excellency Secretary-General, Dr. Mahdi Al-Allaq, and many other ministers and decision makers from the government side, and the heads of the biggest companies operating in Iraq form the private sector side.
The meeting discussed the challenges facing partnerships between the government and private sectors, and how to develop the investment ecosystem in Iraq, in addition to working on direct solutions to these challenges.
The First Iraqi Economy Development Conference will be held on Aug 15th, 2018, to announce the initiatives and solutions agreed on to develop the Iraqi economy.
